just made healthy banana “ice cream”!

just blend 1 frozen banana (sliced), 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, a tiny bit of almond milk (maybe 1/8 of a cup?) to make sure it blends, and 1/4 to 1/2 of a cup of ice to taste! you can drizzle honey on top if your banana wasn’t ripe.

it’s delicious!

i think the thing that working out has taught me so far is that all these years the reason my body couldn’t do anything special is because i didn’t push myself

like i could diet and stuff but my body never changed, even when i ate cleanly and everything i still felt sluggish and wondered why. i thought if i barely ate i could get away with never being active

but every time i work out i feel stronger and i’m seeing differences i’ve never seen before. i’m happy.

i don’t know. i just love it.

my legs are shaking!

just finished 20 minutes of intermediate zumba, 100 weighted squats (50 front, 50 back), 100 more bicycles (200 total today!), leg lifts, and some stretching for about a 45 minute workout!

feels good :)
